Before you order.
Does a Countervia subscription include equipment?
No. All Countervia plans and setup fees cover software and software services only. Computers, tablets, printers, screens, players and other equipment are separate purchases.
Can I buy hardware online today?
Equipment is quoted to order. There is no online hardware checkout or published stock commitment. Submit your requirements for a written quote before ordering.
Will every device work with Countervia?
No. Confirm the exact model, operating system, connection and supported workflow first. A Windows hub, Android controller and TV player have different requirements.
Are payment terminals included or integrated?
No. Terminals and processing agreements are separate. Countervia integrated card payments must be confirmed for the exact software release and provider; a PaymentRite referral alone does not add an integration.
